Some of employees shows no determination and resolution in solving problems, customer service is really poor.
I live in Jefferson City and they drove up to get me and drove me all the way down to the dealership when I didn't have a ride to get there. The staff was very kind and professional but also very down to earth. Just some good people trying their best to do right by people and doing a good job of it.

Extremely thrilled with my experience in the purchased of my Chevy Impala. The people here are just so pleasant. No pressure sales. You can look around without pushy salespeople hovering around you, and pushing you into a vehicle you don't want. Everyone was so easy to work with. They have employees that can only reply your e-mail once in a day, in a whole day!! And have a meeting for more than half a day rather than reply just an email. Very incapable and incompetent employees. If you ever want to buy a car here, do make sure you think twice!! Just say your prayer and hope that your purchase won't encounter any problems.
This Chevrolet don't care about customer at all, if you ever have a experience about wrong document with them, and which caused by their employee, you will not want to experience what's happening after. They speak as if they care, but on the other hand they do nothing to correct their fault. And make you wait like forever.
