I've been taking my BMWs to Exclusive since the 1990s. I trust Lee and David to give me an honest, objective diagnosis. They will gladly tell me what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait until later. On the rare occasion that something was not quite right, they've made it right. This is a good shop which means you may have to patiently wait your turn. That's just the way it goes. Would you want to take your car to a shop where all the bays were empty and nobody was waiting in line to get their car serviced there? I wouldn't!
If 99% of positive posts are only from men, ladies DO NOT trust them! They ask people they're friends with to post reviews..and it's all lies. Lee will try to earn your trust in the beginning.."untill" something major goes wrong. They had my car for over 2weeks..no one would call me back several times. No woman should ever trust them. I needed a diagnosis and a overflow tank replaced..I recorded the 2 conversations which he assured me he replaced my tank. They NEVER replaced it and my car overheated to the point the heads cracked on my Audi. They cost me $2400 to fix my car and I have to now take them to court. I lost my job, and they never cared. My check engine light was blinking when I finally picked it up and it drove 10xs worse. True master manipulators and Con Artists. 3 tow truck men heard horror stories about them and wasn't surprised they took my money but never fixed my car and rarely returned my many phone calls. The reason they have tons of cars on their lot is solely because they've over charged customers they "choose" to and keep their vehicles. DO NOT TRUST THEM, ESPECIALLY ANY WOMAN.
Exclusive is the only place we take our BMW750il. They are the best in this area on imports and reasonable with pricing, the time they get things done is lighting fast. They are the best and only for my family
I brought my VW Beetle here because it was occasionally slipping when driving on the highway. After a couple of weeks, I had not heard back from them so I started calling and leaving messages, none of which were returned. They replaced the fuel pump but the problem was not fixed. After a month, I called and told them I was going to pick it up so I could bring it to another mechanic. When I picked it up, I didn't think it was going to make it back home to Branson. The engine was very loud and no power. After bringing it to another mechanic, they discovered the hoses were not connected properly when the fuel pump was replaced and it had been leaking oil. This ruined the cam and I am now going to need a new motor. Because of their negligence, this repair is going to be very expensive for me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE VERY SHADY!!!

Exclusive Automotive's owner Lee and David are complete liars! I was told on 2 recorded conversations that my overflow tank "was" replaced and another additional time when i picked up the car. I was completely lied to which resulted in my car severely overheating cracking the heads and i had to have a new motor put in costing me $2436. They told me that they were putting a coil on my car and that is ALL they would do concerning the misfire. For having my car for more than 2 weeks they put a coil on when i took my car there for a leaking overflow tank! At no time offered a solution. I have a lot of money and to assume i couldn't afford to fix my car is stereotyping especially from "men." There is common sense reasons they have too many cars on their lot and its because they keep cars for weeks without fixing, and/or overcharge. I have been contacted by 4 other women whom have been scammed by them. Do not trust anything they say! They owe me $2436 and i have proof they professed they changed my tank on recordings. Be aware if you do business with them to record every single conversation. Hopefully they'll learn their lesson.
