I don't usually leave bad reviews. But it seems as though this place gets quit a few anyways.
I see the bad reviews but I went in there today and was greeted cordially. It was my first time there. The sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I think his name was Zak. Anyway, I have nothing bad to say. Also, the prices seemed pretty standard with a few really good deals. Thumbs up!

Please explain to me, why they would tell someone yes, knowing they need the money, just to have them waste gas so they could them no in person?
Interesting product but not the staff acts like they want you to leave
The reason I am angry with them, is because my husband made it a point to call before going to them. On the phone they told him that they would take it. But if course, once he got there, they told him no. The reasoning was because they already had ONE heater, not as good as ours, in there. Also, he told him that "winter was over, so they wouldn't be able to do anything with it"
I hope the actual boss knows how his employees are treating customers there.
Moral of the story, stick by your word.

My problem is that we have used them before, but for some reason they wouldn't let us pawn a heater worth well over $100 for $50. This is the reason I'm angry though.
