I have a lifetime warranty for my steel siding with this company. When my cable and internet were installed the installer damaged some of the siding along the front of my home. The installer company said they would pay for the damage just needed a quote. Figured no problem. First time I called I was able to schedule for someone to come out. I took off work and waited for them to arrive for the appointment, but they were a no show. Called to reschedule and I keep getting ignored. I have left voice messages and even emails they will not reply. So much for a lifetime warranty. I had no other choice, but to go to another company.
They completed our new siding, new gutters, two new windows and a new front and back door. I cannot be more pleased.
If there was ever any changes, I was contacted the same day. They tried so hard to make the process the smoothest and most pleasant for us. They also did an amazing job cleaning up any debris after the job was completed. Those are some rare qualities in contractors now.
We had steel siding installed on our three story farmhouse. The team of three worked over two weeks in some very cold weather to get our house done. The property was kept picked up of debris and the men were polite and friendly.
If the house would have had vinyl siding we would have passed it up for sure.
