The store is clean and orderly. Prices seem a tad high. Good for diy'rs.
Jimmie, from the Pro desk at the Ozark Lowes location was extremely helpful, he even came to my home and took measurements for me as I was out of town on military orders. When the order came in, it was perfect and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase, thanks again Jimmie!
just bought a undercabnet microwave open box they took $50 off for a dent corner, got it home no hardware went back to get hardware All I got was a sorry Charlie ,Tag didn't say no hardware said dent corner. thats no way to do business and you can kiss my ass!
Worst customer service ever!!! Went to return/refund a partial pallet of landscaping blocks and small stuff. Took 30 min and sent 3 different directions to get someone with forklift and then went back to customer service after unloaded and count verified, only to get a partial refund. Got almost home and realized I was short $. Went back to talk to Mr Mathis and too busy. Left message for him to call me, he did, we discussed the "poor" customer service issue and how I rated my experience a -4. I was told then to come back and see him (Mr Mathis)for a 20.00 gift card for my troubles. 4 attempts later and a call to assistant manager to see if he could handle Mr Mathis's word of the gift card, still no word from either manager!!!! Absolutely need new management and some better customer service!!! Won't go back, I've recently started using Home Depot and love it just for this reason.
My mother kindly ordered a washer and dryer online for my wife and I from this Lowe’s. They didn’t ever deliver them and it was because they sold them and didn’t tell us. She purchased them on Tuesday and they didn’t call, so she called them. They arranged for a drop off on Friday, no call no show. Lo and behold they didn’t have the products and had no intention of saying anything until they got shipped in sometime later. Booo, be honest and own up to mistakes. If you need a hammer or something I’m sure this place is fine but this experience has soured me on this place.
