I slowly switched all my insurance to Jay the more I got to know him. He tells you his honest opinion about different options even if it there is no financial benefit to him. There is no question if I ever have to use my insurance I will be well represented by Jay. He knows the industry and he really does care about his customers, a lost trait for most companies. Been a customer for several years now.
Jay Jones, can't say enough about him. He truly cares about people, and I say people, because he doesn't just care about his customerrs. He is knowledgeable about his industry and tries his very best to provide the best answers for every situation, even if it doesn't increase his bottom line. His assistant, Lisa, is great with follow-up, and if you didn't know it, you would think she was the agent - she represents the agency like it's her own.
