Extremely impressed with my first visit. Mitchum Jewelers has nailed the culture of true customer service. I came in wearing outdoor clothes and feeling under-dressed and the store was very busy. I was immediately greeted by Savannah from all the way across the store. She was so attentive and even though I was just there for a single Pandora charm she treated me like the most important customer all day which prompted me to look at some more expensive items. Savannah is a true sales professional and had me wanting to leave with the whole store. Be back soon!

Mitchum Jewelers has become our family jeweler. After trying other jewelery stores for various purchases and repairs, we have finally found one that we won't be leaving. They are attentive to customers. They have competitive pricing and beautiful, unique pieces. They recently restored a wedding set for me that was broken and very worn. I had taken it to other stores for estimates and there was no way I could afford the other stores' prices to restore it. Mitchum not only had the best estimate, but they did an immaculate job, and I can't wait to return it to the owner as a surprise!

Randy and his employees are all amazing. They take the time and effort to learn your name and help you. They all are extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to keep you as a customer. They all believe in their product and will back it up and fix anything you may request. I am so thankful that my husband chose them to buy my engagement and wedding band from them. I get so many compliments on my ribs and how beautiful it is. I always let them know I got it from Mitchum Jewler and they are then best!
I have always had the most superior experiences each time I've purchased jewelry with Mitchum Jewelers. Recently, an item I purchased was continually having issues. I brought it in and left it to be repaired once more time.. I received a call within 30 minutes after returning home. I was being credited my purchase price on my item.
