I honestly hate to even give ONE star. The rudeness I just experienced was off the charts. I honestly was just asking questions on sales tax because I was clueless, The lady at DL OFFICE OZARK was frustrated with me, zero patience, UNKIND and on my very last question as I thanked her through out the call SHE HUNG UP ON ME! HUNG UP ON ME! I'll be going to the NIXA DL Office they are MUCH MUCH KINDER AND NICER. Thank you.
I live in Springfield and I always come to this location. The one's in Springfield are crazy. This office is usually not very busy and the staff is super nice and fast
