We ordered some food here a few months ago and we didn't know that they put an egg spread on their sandwiches. So, my fiance' took her sandwich back to the counter. The lady taking the orders took a long time to come up front to serve my fiance' and when the guy in the back found out she was returning the sandwich, he wanted to be a jerk about it! We listened to him complaining about how he's going to lose his business if people are going to have a problem with every one of his sandwiches. I was not impressed after the "service" we received and with how uncomfortable we felt sitting there trying to eat.

We've been to Ben's a few times and enjoyed each visit and everything we've tried has been very flavorful! Love the bread, the creative sandwiches, and the atmosphere. Only thing I would stay away from are the "smoothies" which are more like fruit shakes, we didn't really care for those. Overall, a wonderful place to eat!!!
