The cheeseburgers were amazing and the onion rings were amazing the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of their french fries, what the heck was that? if you guys actually made a real french fry instead of that thin little shoestring thing you guys would be so busy. I probably won't come back just because of that.
This place is awful! Supposedly has "steak burgers" but instead you get a paper thin almost burned chopped cheap steak on a dry bun, no lettuce tomato etc. I wouldn't even call their burgers and actual burgers! Don't waste your time or money
Food is good but management is terrible. Opening day they over hired too many people, you start out 5 days a week and eventually they'll start reducing your days down and then your hours, I went from 5 days a week 7 hour shifts to 1 day a week with 4 hour shifts and getting sent home an hour into my shift. This has happened to many other employees, and it makes me sad that they treated us like that. They say you are able to climb the Freddy's ladder but how can you do that with 1 day a week. Don't recommend working for Tyler.
We always enjoy our trips to Freddy’s even after my wife found out she has a gluten intolerance, because they have a very nice lettuce wrap option that holds together well enough to pick up and eat. The burgers have that great crisp classic burger taste.
The Ozark Freddy's is fantastic! My family and I came in for dinner one evening and unfortunately two of our orders were wrong. We let the staff know and they quickly made them right. I want to especially thank the store manager Steven who promptly brought our orders to our table and did not charge us anything extra, but also he went above and beyond and gave us all the desert of our choice, no charge. Now that's customer service! Not to mention their food is delicious and we will definitely be going back to the Freddy's in Ozark as well as any of the other Freddy's when we're in the area.
