Wow ! These guys know about kayaks. Totally friendly. Take time to answer any questions and willing to take them apart so you can judge how much effort it would take to do it yourself . Plus, they are enthusiasts when it comes to fishing. We could have tried it out in their pond if we had come dressed for it. Good folks.
First off they were cheaper than academy when I called for pricing and the selection here is amazing. Awesome customer service and they stand behind their products. I bought two kayaks and both of them developed concave bubbles in the bottom within the first week. Obviously this was a manufactuering defect, not their fault. They immediately told me no big deal they would get replacements in. Within a week I had two new kayaks, no hassle, no questions, they just wanted to make it right. Compare this to big box stores that have no return policies regardless of the situation and refer you to the manufacturer for issues. Also they said if down the road I had any hull issues they will repair or patch them. It's not often you get service like this. I will definitely be buying my next kayak here.
