I love Dr Ketchum. She loves animals and both my dog's love her. The office staff are very nice and try to answer any questions you have. The techs love animals. I've been going to Ozark Vet since 1999 and I would recommend them to anyone.
Our personal experience had been fantastic. Great team there.
Love this place. Busy, very busy. Huge staff turn over. Computers always seem to be down if they are working, extremely slow. Always working on training new staff. They are great with my dogs and affordable. Takes longer to get checked in (because of slow computers and new untrained people) than it does to see vet.
They saved our cat's life, and we'll be forever grateful.
