This is a low rent, high price den of nasty. The rooms at their best aren't worth $20 a night but because of greed and the proximity to Branson we got skunked out of $100, including non-refundable pet deposit to stay in the second most disgusting motel room of my life. We had been here before & returned because of the price previous. We were given a room that had what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets, burn holes over an entire bedspread & stained carpeting. You can't charge a non-refundable pet deposit for a rug covered in pet stains. This place is disgusting. We found a better, cheaper, cleaner, smoking option at the Motel 6 in Springfield. Shame on the people that run this place. When I requested that I have clean linens for $100 a night, I got argued with and then the gentleman that "runs" this establishment gave the excuse that he didn’t have a matching bedspread to replace the one that was unacceptable for the rate. As well as roll his eyes at me when I insisted on clean linens.
I told him no and asked whether he offered an AARP discount.
Give this place a look-over only if you're a sociologist. He seems demented.

Charged my card for $85 even though the manager told me he was charging me $70 for 1 night. When i brought this up to him he got defensive and told me it was my banks fault..was the motels fault, clearly.
I stopped on Oct. 9, 2017 to ask about a room. The man I presume to be the owner--about 65, tall, overweight--asked if I was a Christian.
He said AARP promoted baby killing and "that LGBT stuff" and continued with a string of obscenities.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will let EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY!!##
Oh and their "breakfast" is a joke as well. Nasty and the manager was standing over my kids shoulders the entire time. Very, very frustrating!!
This motel is very clean and well priced for the location. The staff is AUTHENTIC and they are very real people. The breakfast could be a bit better, and they have a seemingly very strict policy on when checkout occurs. No problems from my perspective, I would recommend to a family member if they needed a good night's rest!

I use to be an Executive Housekeeper for Hilton hotels and this is the CLEANEST budget friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. We will be spending our couples night away here next time. 5 stars for the politeness and friendly owner also.
He followed me, calling me an m-f, a c...sucker, an a-hole and shouted I would go straight to hell and burn forever, which I deserved.

Then my husband and I saw cockroaches and brought this to the managers attention before checking out and once again got defensive and tried blaming it on their placement and where the building sits. I brought the dead bugs to his check in area on toliet paper and also saw them crawling down the door of the room across from ours!!
