We stayed at this hotel in Ozark Mo on our way home from a trip to south Texas to help Hurricane Harvey victims. Maybe our expections were set too high after having such great hospitality from people who had lost everything I don't know, but the elderly lady at the front desk was rude and hateful when my husband checked in telling him he had to wait because she had to use the bathroom. When we asked if there was an elevator she snapped at us and told us to just wait she was busy. She was looking on the computer for something for a man that was not even present. By the way they don't have an elevator. Later when my husband was going to the car for something this same lady told a lady that she had to deal with a burnt out light in the bathroom in her room because there was no one to change it. Seriously? The room was clean but had an odd smell kind of musty. The pool was so cold my toddler could not swim. And breakfast was well left much to be desired.

Recently stayed at this hotel. And it was absolutely horrible from the first minute I checked in. Person can’t say lady was soooo rude. She never said hello. She slammed the key down and didn’t say welcome nothing.

CAUTION: The photos online are old and the hotel is renovated!

Overall, I would definitely say this was an excellent hotel. The breakfast has numerous qualitative items, the room is much nicer than what I thought I would get, and the stay was extremely pleasant. The young man at the front desk has a seriously bright future ahead of him. However, I would have rated it a 4.5 but could not do so. The reason is because the one and only issue I found with this hotel was that it has no elevator. Other than that, I commend this hotel!

The staff and the owners here are very acomading. It is newly remodeled. They have a nice Indoor pool and hot tub. I highly recomend this place

Then we can getwent to our he car came back and key card didn’t work went to desk she got so angry. Went to the hot tub it was so gross paint chipping off and dirt in the bottom. Went to desk to ask where I should leave the towel and a different person just looked at me and shook her head. I will never ever recommend this hotel. They truly don’t like white people. I’m

Decent rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Side entrance door doesn't lock like it's supposed to, but I didn't see any issues in the neighborhood. No elevator, but steps aren't that bad. Keycard didn't work for second night but employee quickly reprogrammed it with no issues. Not far off the main road, this location is convenient for travel.
